This was made with a piece of Hawaiian bamboo, and the curvature has a nice visual effect. The instrument uses a tenor saxophone reed (not attached in picture) and produces an amazing tone! This is a so-so scan of one of my old slides; I plan to have more exotic clariboos completed soon and will post more pics when possible
